Collection Instructions
Collect random faeces specimen. PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS: URINATE PRIOR TO PERFORMING THE TEST. Please write your full name, date of birth, date and time of collection on the jar/s provided. The stool should be passed into a clean dry container such as a clean empty margarine container or a clean milk carton with the top cut off. Using the scoop built into the lid of the pot, place a scoopful of stool into the pot. Check that the lid is tightly closed and deliver the specimen to the collection centre on the same day as the specimen is collected.
